How to Apply

Before making a formal application you can meet the volunteer coordinator for an informal chat or over phone to discuss current project availability. This gives you the opportunity to ask questions and to raise any concerns you may have.

When you are ready to apply, you can complete the application form and send it in by post or email. Once references have been received you will be invited for a formal interview.

What do I need to do?

• return a completed application form
• provide two references (character and professional)
• provide a certificate of good health
• complete DBS (Disclosure and Barring) checks
• participate in the training provided
• contribute £750 to costs (if going overseas)
